ISA 97ee76c5b5 fix: korrigiere fetchGisLinesStatusService für WebService-Antwort 'Statis'
- ersetzt Zugriff auf json.Lines durch json.Statis
- behebt leeren Redux-State bei Linienstatus
- Daten aus Webservice fließen jetzt korrekt in gisLinesStatusSlice
