feat(poi): Mouseover-Tooltip für POIs mit Tailwind-Styling ersetzt Popup

- bindPopup entfernt und durch bindTooltip ersetzt
- Tooltip zeigt POI-Details bei Hover
- Tailwind-Klassen sorgen für einheitliches Design (rund, schatten, padding)
- Version auf 1.1.177 erhöht
