refactor: POI-Daten vollständig in Redux integriert

- useFetchPoiData.js entfernt
- Neue Redux-Slices für POI-Typen und POI-Icons erstellt
- Neue Services und Thunks hinzugefügt
- fetch-Aufrufe durch zentralisierte Redux-Logik ersetzt
- store.js aktualisiert und neue States registriert
