de9c6a7333 fix: API Endpoint in fetchOpcUaSettingsService für Development korrigiert 
- falsches .js im API Pfad entfernt
- Development lädt jetzt korrekt /api/cpl/opcuaAPIHandler
- Production bleibt unverändert
